Our website receives two types of information when you visit our site:

  • Information automatically collected.
  • Information you choose to provide.
  • Information Automatically Collected
When you visit our website, personal information about you can be collected automatically. When you browse through our website, read pages, or download information, we collect certain information to measure how many visitors come to the different parts of the site so we can make the site more useful. For every visitor, we may choose to collect, permanently or temporarily, in text form or in databases, some or all of the following information:

  • Your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address, a number automatically assigned to your computer either by you or your Internet Service Provider (ISP) when you go on the internet.
  • The domain name from which you access the Internet.
  • The website address from which you came to our site.
  • The date and time you arrived at our site and how long you spent on the site.
  • The name and version of your computer's operating system and web browser information.
  • The pages you visited.
  • Information You Choose to Provide
We will not collect or store any other information about you when you visit our site (except as described above) unless you choose to provide it. Specifically:

  • If you submit information in a web form on our website, we will receive only the personal information you choose to include in the form.
  • If you submit information in an online form, we will automatically receive your e-mail address unless you choose not to provide it when it is listed as an optional item on a form.
  • If the e-mail address or other personal information is deemed as required information on a form, you must provide that information before action can be taken. The information is stored in a database residing in a secure area on our website space and can only be accessed by our webmaster, his representative, or by certain individuals requiring that information within or outside our organization. Required parts of forms are clearly marked as required. If you choose not to provide the required information, no data in this catagory will be transmitted to our website.

  • Children's Privacy

Our website does not have the ability to discern if a child (defined as a person < 13 years of age) interacts with the website.  We may therefore receive information from children under the age of thirteen.  If a child sends us an appropriate e-mail inquiry or comment, we may choose to answer it, store the information, or not respond as we deem necessary.

    Our Information Disclosure Policy

We will not disclose, give, sell, or transfer any personal information about our visitors unless it is required:

  • By law.
  • For law enforcement reasons.

We may choose to use the information collected in other ways, which include:
  • Personal identifying information to respond to you, in which we may need to see the information you provide in order to provide a response to you.
  • If enough questions or comments come in that are the same, your question (but not your name) may be added to an existing web page(s) or a new webpage(s) that may or may be publicly assessable.  We use this information to help us improve our site.
  • Enter information you send into an electronic database to share with attorneys or investigators involved in law enforcement or policy-making.
  • In other limited circumstances, including requests from law enforcement or private individuals, we may be required by law to disclose information you submit.

  • Downloading Documents
Our website contains documents and text that users may either view online or save for later review. When interacting with our website for this purpose, you agree to the following:

  • Use the documents and text for the purpose and format that they were intended, either explicitly stated or implied.
  • Do not manipulate the website, manually or via automated software, in such a way as to obtain illegal personal copies of the website and its contents.
  • Redistribution of documents. Should another person(s) wish to review/download document(s) or text, you agree to refer them to the correct address on our website where the informaton was found and instruct them to view the material in this venue. This insures that a user receives the most current version of a document when periodically revised by us.

    Links to Other Sites
Our website may contain links to other sites and organizations. You should be aware that:
  • If you access another site through a link we provide, you are subject to the privacy policy of that site.
  • Reference in this referred website to commercial products, services, manufacturers, or companies does not constitute our endorsement.
  • We are not responsible for the contents of any pages referred from its website.

  • Linking To or Copying Information on Our Website
Unless otherwise noted, the contents of our website --both text and graphics--are copyrighted. They may not be republished, reprinted or otherwise used freely by anyone without obtaining permission from us. People are also free to link to any URL our website. Our preference is that people link to the material on the site rather than copying it to their personal webpages because we will update the information on the website as more information becomes available.  A person copying documents to another website, instead of linking to them, would then have to monitor the original documents to know when these documents were updated by us, or else risk giving bad or incorrect information to visitors of their website.

    Pop-Up Advertisements
When visiting our website, your web browser may produce pop-up advertisements. These advertisements are not produced by our website.  We do not produce pop-up ads and do not endorse or recommend products or services for which you may view a pop-up ad on your computer screen while visiting our web site. This action is most likely caused by other websites you visited or by third-party software installed on your computer.

    Intrusion Detection
Our website is hosted by Go Daddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com). Users are encouraged to visit their website or contact the company directly to learn more about the intrusion detection technologies employed on their web servers.
